Licensed Paraprofessionals Needed in Farmington, NH

• Farmington, NH
• 32.5 hours per week
• Start: ASAP to End: June 14, 2024
• 3 part-time paras for our pre-K3 year olds: M-Th 8-10:30am (2 critically)
• 4 paras M-F 7:45-2:15 1 each for grades K, 1, 2, 3 (2 of those are critical needs as well.

More Information on the Position:
We are looking for a tremendous and passionate Paraprofessionals to join our team here at ProCare Therapy! We are looking for candidates that will have a strong understanding of classroom management and experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students.
Responsibilities:

• Help lead teacher in planning and implementing classroom activities

• Work in small groups and individual students to support their learning and development

• Supervise students during play and other activities

• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment

Qualifications:

• Must have Associate's Degree or higher
• Para Educator License from the Dept. of Education (See website below)

• Strong background in education and working with students with disabilities.
• Well-versed with students with behavioral challenges and knowledge and experience with students with Autism (Severe/Profound, non-verbal, toileting needs)
